In part 1, context for the problem at hand will be provided and you’ll break into teams to generate as many ideas as possible and then decide which one has the most potential to solve the problem.

In part 2, you’ll return to your respective teams and create a mockup of the chosen solution in part 1 using the materials provided. Once completed, each team will have 3 minutes to present their solution to the larger workshop group as well as a panel of judges who will pick a winning solution.

With a longer decision-making process for consumers that comes with the territory for luxury products, the small but innovative team invested in Dynamic Yield to optimize the website, building consumer confidence and encouraging visitors through the funnel.
